Security Supervisor

Are you a confident leader with strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety? We are looking for a Security Supervisor who will oversee daily security operations, lead the security team, and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Supervising daily security operations across the hotel premises.
• Leading, briefing, and allocating duties to Security Guards and Officers.
• Monitoring CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
• Conducting regular patrols and inspections of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house.
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating emergency response, evacuations, and drills in line with hotel procedures.
• Preparing incident reports, logs, and shift handover documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel security policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Coordinating with local authorities, emergency services, and internal departments.
• Supporting training, coaching, and performance management of the security team.

What we need from you:
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or large facility.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and risk management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Physically fit and able to perform patrol and supervisory duties.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Security or safety certifications will be an advantage.
