Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Roti Maker (Baker) for a busy restaurant. If you don’t already know how to handle high- volume work, this is not for you.

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Prepare and cook roti, naan, and other flatbreads consistently
β€’ Handle dough preparation, kneading, and portioning
β€’ Maintain speed and quality during peak hours
β€’ Keep work area clean and follow hygiene standards
β€’ Work closely with kitchen team to meet order demand

Requirements:
β€’ Proven experience as a roti maker or tandoor chef
β€’ Ability to work fast without compromising quality
β€’ Strong understanding of dough handling and cooking techniques
β€’ Physically fit and able to stand long hours
β€’ Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
