Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Manage staffing schedules, shifts, and workforce efficiency
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Drive sales performance, cost control, and operational profitability
• Implement company service standards and improve guest experience
• Report operational performance to senior management

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Experience in café, lounge, or casual dining is an advantage
