Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Host/Hostess based in Muscat. The Host/Hostess will greet and seat guests upon arrival, manage reservation systems, and ensure smooth guest flow in the dining area.

Responsibilities include providing a warm and friendly welcome, coordinating table seating, attending to guest inquiries, and supporting the service team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized reception area and assisting in promoting the restaurant’s services and specials to guests.

• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service to assist with guest inquiries and recommendations.
• Experience in Training and supporting a team to ensure seamless operations.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
