About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Condominium Plumber to join our skilled trades team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to become a key member of our maintenance and repairs division. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across condominium properties, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations. This role is essential to maintaining the quality of service we provide to our residential clients and directly contributes to the satisfaction and safety of condominium residents.

Key responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply systems in condominium units and common areas
• Diagnose plumbing problems using appropriate testing equipment and develop effective solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to reduce emergencies and extend system lifespan
• Replace damaged or worn plumbing components including taps, valves, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls from residents and property management
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job
• Communicate effectively with residents, property managers, and supervisors regarding work status and any issues identified
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and maintenance staff to complete complex projects
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition

What we're looking for
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a plumber, preferably in residential or condominium settings
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, building regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as testing and diagnostic equipment
• Experience with pipe installation, water supply systems, drainage, and sanitation systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work professionally with residents and management
• Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Preferred: experience with high-rise or multi-unit residential properties, knowledge of water treatment systems, and certification in gas fitting
