Position Summary

The Security Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all physical security operations, access control systems, and safety protocols at Proton Iron Vault LLC. This role ensures the protection of personnel, facilities, assets, and sensitive materials through effective planning, monitoring, and enforcement of security standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily security operations across all facility zones, including vault, storage, and administrative areas.
• Supervise security personnel, including guards and contracted security staff.
• Implement and maintain access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, motion detection) and respond promptly to incidents.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments of the facility.
• Develop and enforce emergency response procedures, including fire, theft, and intrusion incidents.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable security regulations in Qatar.
• Assist in investigations of security breaches, theft, or suspicious activities.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and contractors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations or facility protection, preferably in high-security environments.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control technologies, and emergency response planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with local security regulations in Qatar is an advantage.
