We are hiring for Senior Security Shift Coordinator RLP for Qatar
• JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Oversee and coordinate activities of Security personnel working on shifts to ensure that day to day Security Operations is completed in an effective and timely manner. Ensure that Security Systems are in place and operational at all times.
• KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Security Systems

Ensure that Security Systems are fully operational at all times and any breakdown or defect is reported in a timely manner.

Ensure that all Security appliances e.g. Guard Tour SAS CCTV Access/Egress Portals and Intruder Alert are fully functional.

Security Services and Coordination

Supervise the regular patrolling in and outside of the fenced areas and buildings on site and timely report any issues/problems to the Security Supervisor.

Conduct investigations on accidents and incidents occurred in the QC/QCII and/or RLOC plant sites as necessary.

Coordinate all emergency/crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.

Provide additional operational support and guidance to the regional security teams as required.

People Management

Manage the activities of direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner in line with the annual business plans policies and procedures.

Manage the performance management process by setting annual objectives and developing staff through mentoring coaching and constructive feedback.

Identify employees’ training and developmental needs and in conjunction with Human Capital Department bridge the knowledge gaps to ensure continuous progression and high-level of competence within the team.

Ensure that all shift Security Officers are familiar with and proficient in the execution of Emergency Plans & Procedures and communicate as required with both plant and Regulating Authorities.

Policies Systems Processes and Procedures

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems processes and practices in order to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Implement all relevant security policies processes procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Quality Health Security Safety and Environment

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality health safety security and environmental procedures and controls across the Section to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Reporting

Report all security related concerns to the Security Supervisor.

Complete and file Shift Reports Incident Reports Patrol Reports etc in a timely manner.

Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements policies and standards.

Qatarization

Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is applicable to expatriate employees only.
• QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

Required (Qualification1 / Discipline): High School Certificate (12 years completed)

Preferred (Qualification1 / Discipline): 3-year Diploma in any discipline.

Experience

Required (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): 3-5 years of experience in Security / Police / Military.

Preferred (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): Relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry / Police / Military.
