Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping operations in our luxury hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main role will be to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and clean stay by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas in the hotel
• Train, supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
• Create work schedules for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels
• Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms
• Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
• Maintain budgetary control by monitoring expenses for labor, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to provide exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is an advantage)
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, products, and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
