Job Description
The Wrapping & Packing Staff is responsible for neatly wrapping, packing, and preparing chocolates, cakes, and gift items according to company standards, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Wrap chocolates, cakes, and gift items accurately and attractively
• Pack orders safely to prevent damage during handling or delivery
• Follow standard wrapping and packaging guidelines
• Label packages correctly with order details and customer information
• Coordinate with sales and kitchen teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area
• Handle packaging materials efficiently to minimize waste
• Ensure gift boxes, ribbons, and accessories are properly arranged
• Report any damaged products or packaging issues to the supervisor
• Support peak-time operations and bulk orders when required

• Previous experience in wrapping, packing, or gift preparation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good attention to detail and presentation skills
