Our restaurant is a renowned fine dining establishment located in the heart of Doha Qatar offering a premium dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine exceptional service and an elegant ambiance. We are committed to providing our guests with unforgettable dining moments and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress Barista to join our team.

We are seeking a professional attentive and friendly Waitress Barista to join our frontofhouse team. As a Waitress Barista you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also preparing and serving premium coffee beverages. You should have a passion for hospitality a refined understanding of highend dining service and the skill to create and serve artisanal coffee beverages to perfection. Your role will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience in our fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide detailed information about the menu including specials and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that guests are comfortable and enjoy their dining experience by offering attentive service.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a proactive manner.
• Barista Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve highquality coffee and espresso beverages according to customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Expertly handle different brewing methods including espresso machines pourover and French press.
• Ensure the coffee presentation is visually appealing adhering to our premium brand standards.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support team members during busy periods and assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of service including the dining room coffee station and work areas.
• Ensure that food and beverage quality meet or exceed the restaurants established standards.
• Upselling and Suggestive Selling:
• Provide excellent upselling suggestions for both food and beverages to enhance the guests dining experience.
• Share knowledge of wine pairings special beverages and seasonal offerings to create a personalized experience for guests.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a waitress barista or in a similar hospitality role preferably in a highend or fine dining setting.
• Strong barista skills with a solid understanding of various coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring both coffee and service quality meet the highest standards.
• Professional demeanor with an elegant appearance in line with the fine dining atmosphere.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Valid Qatari work permit.
