Job Description
Trust Force Strategies for Security Services is currently seeking professional Female Security Guards who are already based in Qatar to support security operations across hotels, residential compounds, commercial facilities, and event locations in Doha.

Due to deployment requirements, applications are only accepted from candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid residency permit (QID).

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned locations
β€’ Control access points and verify identification when required
β€’ Monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or disturbances
β€’ Conduct regular indoor and outdoor patrols
β€’ Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
β€’ Report safety concerns and irregular activities accurately
β€’ Assist guests, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
β€’ Enforce site rules and security procedures
β€’ Coordinate with supervisors and control rooms when required

Requirements

βœ” Minimum age 21 years
βœ” Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage
βœ” Basic knowledge of security procedures and access control
βœ” Strong observation and situational awareness
βœ” Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
βœ” Good communication and interpersonal skills
