Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in Shawarma and Mix Grill to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in preparing authentic Arabic shawarma and grilled items, ensuring high quality, consistency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook shawarma (chicken & meat) with proper marination, stacking, and slicing techniques
• Prepare a variety of mix grill items (kebab, kofta, tikka, etc.) with consistent taste and presentation
• Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen/store for raw materials
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Support in menu improvements and new recipe ideas
• Work efficiently during peak hours and manage kitchen pressure

Requirements
• Arabic nationality preferred
• Proven experience as Shawarma / Grill Chef (minimum 2–4 years in GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and grilling techniques
• Ability to manage shawarma machines and grill stations independently
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills
• Experience in restaurants, catering, or central kitchens
• Good communication skills (Arabic / basic English)
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
