Position Overview

We are seeking a Cleaning Services Coordinator to oversee and manage daily cleaning operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, service knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, staff, and internal teams. The Cleaning Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Rug Scrubbbers LLC’s reputation for excellence in cleaning and facilities services.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and operational workflows.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service delivery, contracts, and client communications.
• Support procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Prepare reports on cleaning performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cleaning services coordination or facilities management.
