Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a prestigious restaurant in Al-Khor. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain menu offerings that are both creative and in line with customer preferences.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or ingredients to the menu.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with front-of-house staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality.
