Job Description
Job Summary

Under general supervision of the designated supervisor, supervise and inspect work of building/outlet cleaning staff who perform building service and related work for the upkeep of a safe, clean and healthy living and working environment.

Job Responsibilities 1

Supervises, instructs, plans, and assigns work to the building cleaning staff.

Inspects vacated rooms, corridors, service rooms or halls, stairs, public lavatories, lobbies, lounges, and vending areas for cleanliness/order.

Reports damages, losses, and supply shortages to supervisor.

Receives any complaints and reports to appropriate individuals for necessary action or adjustment.

Prepares/maintains necessary records/accounts.

Participates in periodic heavy cleaning tasks and routine housekeeping duties, as required.

Maintains the inventory of linen/supplies.

Maintains lost and found control point.

Oversees safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and equipment.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

4 Years Supervisory Experience Required

2 Years GCC Experience Preferred.
