Role Description

The Operations Manager is the central figure ensuring that the restaurant runs seamlessly, balancing luxury dining standards with operational efficiency. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring oversight of the entire guest journey, from the moment they enter the restaurant to the moment they leave, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence.
