Job Summary

The Waitress/Hostess will provide exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The role involves greeting guests managing seating arrangements and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tables are clean properly set and maintained throughout the service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Uphold the companys image through a well-groomed and presentable appearance.

• Education: Any related qualification.
