As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the minimum wage for security guards in Saudi Arabia is 4500 SAR per month as of 2026 for expatriate workers under the Nitaqat system. Overtime must be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 8 hours per day.
