Job Summary

The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises. The role includes daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring a neat and orderly workspace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning Duties
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, cabinets, and other office furniture.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and partitions.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared office equipment.

Pantry & Restroom Maintenance
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry area, including washing dishes, wiping countertops, and ensuring appliances are clean.

Other Responsibilities
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs, such as leaking pipes, broken fixtures, or malfunctioning appliances.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
