💼 Job Scope (Chef de Partie / Kitchen Crew)
• Assist in daily kitchen operations (preparation, cooking, plating)
• Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area
• Assist Head Chef in managing stock, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Comply with SFA hygiene & safety standards
• Support smooth communication between service and kitchen team
