Job Description
β€’ Position: Personal / Family Driver to Chairman
β€’ Location: Holland Village (Islandwide duties, Office at Paya Lebar)
β€’ Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday – Friday (Office hours)
β€’ Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus + Overtime + Insurance + Medical + Flexi Care
β€’ Duration: Permanent
β€’ Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Main Responsibilities
β€’ Provide chauffeur services for the Chairman for official business and personal appointments
β€’ Provide chauffeur services for the Chairman’s wife and family members when required
β€’ Provide transport services for guests of the Chairman when necessary
β€’ Assist with administrative or personal errands such as document collection, deliveries or simple purchases when required
β€’ Ensure cleanliness, upkeep and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles
β€’ Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and ensure all safety requirements are met
β€’ Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
β€’ Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
β€’ Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
β€’ Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
β€’ Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations
β€’ At least 2 years of relevant experience as a personal or corporate driver supporting senior management or executives is preferred
β€’ Good punctuality, reliability, patience and strong work ethic
