Job Description
Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment & Packing Operations
• Pick, pack, and prepare daily online orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all items are packed according to platform and brand requirements
• Verify order details (SKU, quantity, bundle components, promotional items) before dispatch
• Ensure all parcels are ready within platform SLA timelines
• Minimise packing errors and missing items

2. Platform & Order Coordination
• Work closely with the team managing online platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, eshop, Amazon)
• Coordinate daily order flow and prioritisation (e.g. campaign orders, express orders)
• Ensure smooth handover to logistics/3PL partners with no failed pickups

3. Inventory Management
• Ensure stock accuracy through proper picking and packing processes
• Support regular stock takes and reconciliation
• Flag low stock levels or discrepancies promptly
• Assist in stock replenishment and organisation

4. Documentation & Accuracy
• Process and verify sales invoices accurately
• Ensure order values and quantities match system records
• Maintain proper documentation for fulfilment and inventory tracking

5. Operational Readiness & Support
• Prepare stock and bundles in advance for campaigns, livestreams, and peak periods
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly fulfilment targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area

6. Performance & Quality Control
• Maintain a high fulfilment accuracy rate
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements
• Support continuous improvement in packing speed and workflow efficiency
• Assist in any other tasks assigned by the company as required

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Excel)
• Physically fit and to handle manual packing work
