• Schedule: Flexible (Monday to Friday, Weekend availability)

Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeper / Home Cleaner
• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; promptly report any issues.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to clients at all times.

2.

Office

Cleaner
• Execute thorough cleaning of office spaces, including common areas, restrooms, and workstations.
• Adhere to company hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with office staff or clients.

3. Supervisor
• Lead, train, and manage a team of housekeeping and cleaning specialists.
• Oversee scheduling, task delegation, and quality control to uphold service standards.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any concerns.
• Facilitate ongoing staff training and professional development.

Requirements

Housekeeper / Home Cleaner / Office Cleaner
• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Willingness to travel between various client locations in Singapore.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or relevant leadership experience (housekeeping/cleaning preferred).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
