The Opportunity

As part of the Security team, your primary focus will be to welcome customers to the service centre, safeguard the Company's people, premises and properties. Other responsibilities include:
β€’ First point of contact to welcome and provide assistance to customers and visitors
β€’ Provide directions to drive-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
β€’ Perform regular patrols of the Company's premises and report any abnormalities observed
β€’ Conduct regular security checks to ensure that only authorized persons or vehicles are allowed entry into the Company's premises
β€’ Attend to emergencies, assist in the investigation of incidents, and report them to relevant authorities
β€’ Enforce order and safety during emergencies
β€’ Issue appropriate passes for entry to the Company's premises and provide directions to customers to the designated places
β€’ Manage in-coming (including tow-in) vehicles and direct them to designated parking areas
β€’ Monitor out-going "Test-drive" vehicles

Requirements:
β€’ A valid Security Officer License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD)
β€’ Able to work on rotating shifts
β€’ Able to work independently as well as in a team
β€’ Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service attitude
