Job Description
Position : Technician (Plumbing/Sanitary Fixtures/Bathroom/Kitchen)
Location : Near Pasir Panjang MRT
Working hours : 5 days work week (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Perform installation, servicing, and on-site repairs for bathroom products.
Conduct on-site technical training sessions for contractors and plumbers to ensure proper product installation.
Carry out timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products to facilitate smooth project handovers.
Maintain documentation of servicing and project statuses for effective tracking and reporting.
Identify and report defective products to the headquarters for resolution.
Support ongoing operational needs by addressing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Min O level/ITE
1-2 years of relevant working experience, related industry is highly preferred
Willing to travel to customer site when required
Candidate without experience is welcome to apply as FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
