MALA RESTAURANT – FULL TIME KITCHEN CREW

Role: Kitchen Crew (Full-Time)
Location: Bukit Panjang, Paya Lebar, Kent Ridge (NUS), Jurong West (NTU), Sembawang, Orchard, Simei, Serangoon, Bugis, Lentor (NEW!), Lavender (NEW!)

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Choose the arrangement that suits you best:
• Shifts: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (includes 90-minute break)
• Weekly Hours: 30 – 60 hours
• Days Per Week: 4 / 5 / 5.5 / 6 days
• Hours Per Day: 7 / 8 / 10 hours

Job Description:
• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Prepare and assemble orders accurately according to established kitchen standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate various kitchen stations, including deep fryer, water boiler, and induction cooktop.

Requirements:
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming dining experience.
• Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and support colleagues as needed.
• Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
• Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
