Job Description
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high-quality standards.

The Restaurant Manager must lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and effectively manage both front-of-house and back-of-house activities to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
β€’ Hires and trains staff
β€’ Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
β€’ Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
β€’ Manages and maintains stock inventory
β€’ Reports daily sales and other ad-hoc duties assigned
β€’ Prepare food orders.

Job Requirements:
β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
β€’ Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
β€’ Singaporean/PR/LTVP Holder
β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
β€’ Preferably able to start work immediately
