Job Summary

You will assist in operating a Japanese ramen pop-up restaurant by managing customer service, organizing tables and queues, and maintaining cleanliness during and after service hours in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities
• Manage customer interactions to ensure a positive dining experience
• Organize and allocate tables efficiently to optimize seating capacity
• Control and manage customer queues to maintain smooth service flow
• Clean and sanitize dining and service areas during and after operating hours
• Support daily restaurant operations in a startup pop-up setting
Other Information
• Working hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday to Wednesday
• Closed on Thursday and Friday
• Located at 150 Orchard Plaza
