Security Officers who have worked with Danmax Security for more than 2 years will be recommended for senior positions, such as Senior Security Officers or Security Supervisors. Security Officers who have performed their duties well for at least six months will be recommended for salary adjustment or advancement. Security Officers who have 2 years of working experience will be recommended for the Senior Security Officer position. Senior Security Officers who have 3 years of working experience, and have managed security sites and demonstrated supervisory skills in people management, will be recommended for the Security Supervisor position.

Operation Executive (OE)

Responsibilities:
• Rostering and deployment of Security officers and standing in of duty when required.
• To assist & support management team on all operation matters, overseeing security matters and officers, enforcing and implementing security measures and compliance, update clients on daily manpower, managing reports of daily timesheet with our security system.
• Perform Night Checks on all assignments to ensure and maintain a positive & professional environment will full compliance in laws, regulations, policies and procedures that the security officers comply with.
• And all other job related task requested by the management.
