Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and discreet Executive Driver & CEO Support to work closely with the CEO. This role goes beyond driving — it requires someone who can anticipate needs, ensure smooth daily operations, and act as a trusted support partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Driving
• Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for the CEO
• Plan optimal routes and manage time efficiently for all appointments
• Ensure vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in top condition
• Handle airport transfers, business meetings, and occasional off-hour duties

2. Daily Support
• Assist in managing daily schedules, reminders, and coordination
• Support with personal and business-related errands
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Act as a point of coordination between CEO and internal/external parties when needed

3. Operational & Ad-hoc Support
• Assist with light operational or administrative tasks
• Coordinate simple logistics (deliveries, document handling, etc.)
• Be responsive and flexible to support fast-changing priorities

Requirements
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as an executive/personal driver or similar role
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Flexible working hours (including evenings/weekends when required)
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
