📌 Job Description:

The SOC Operator is responsible for identifying, analysing, and supporting incidents that may impact business operations, brand reputation, or employee safety. The role supports operational efficiency and works closely with security teams during both crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to leadership.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as POC for incidents, disruptions & crisis management
• Support security management & regional teams
• Coordinate officers, ERT, facilities & emergency services (Police, SCDF,EMS)
• Provide timely incident updates to stakeholders
• Maintain records of incidents & communications
• Gather & assess information from internal/external sources
• Report faults in alarms, CCTV & security systems

🕒 Shift Details: 2 Day /2 Night / 2 Off | Day: 0730–1930 | Night: 1930–0730 (1-hour break)
