Job Description

1、Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting delivery targets.

2、Maintain accurate records of deliveries, updating the system with real-time status updates and obtaining customer signatures as proof of delivery.

3、Navigating through Singapore's roads and territories, adhering to traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.

4、Handle customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.

5、Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Job Requirements

1、High school diploma or equivalent.

2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

3、Valid driving license and a clean driving record.

4、Familiarity with Singapore's geography and ability to navigate using GPS or maps.

5、Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

6、Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.

7、Physically fit to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
