Job Description
What you will expect:
• Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks
• Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries
• Prepare (Trainings provided) and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers at bar or through beverage runners
• Coordinate with the restaurant team (stewards/bussers, kitchen staff) to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Familiarise oneself with the menu and beverage list, and confidently recommend/upsell items and specials to customers
• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, communicating issues to immediate managers for resolution
• Perform other related duties as required by the Assistant and/or Restaurant managers

Skills/Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Pleasant personality with a strong orientation towards customer service
• Positive attitude

5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends and PHTime: Between 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm (Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week
