We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests a positive dining experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guest with a friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with diners and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Operating of POS system for processing of payments
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Prior working experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Strong communication and people skills
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
