Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and company assets within the retail store. The Security Officer will monitor store activities, prevent theft, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol retail premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
• Observe customers and staff to detect suspicious behavior or shoplifting activities.
• Conduct bag checks and access control when required.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, or disturbances.
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist in crowd control during peak hours, promotions, or events.
• Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency exits remain accessible.
