ยท Follow head chef and executive chef directions to consistently deliver exceptional food

ยท Study and execute recipes provided by the kitchen leadership team

ยท Prepare a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and desserts, to the highest standards

ยท Maintain cleanliness of your workstation and adhere to hygiene protocols

ยท Sanitize work areas, utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment

ยท Weigh and measure ingredients accurately

ยท Stores all food - prepared and unprepared - in appropriately sized containers bearing the item name, the date it was received, and your initials
