We are hiring Security Officers to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and staff in a large integrated resort environment.
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 Gross monthly salary: Up to $3,500 (including overtime)🎁 Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 (paid over 3 years)📈 Annual Wage Supplement (13th Month)🏆 Performance Bonus (subject to company performance)🌙 Night shift allowance: $10 per night⏱ Overtime pay: 1.5× hourly rate

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and security• Monitor premises and respond to security incidents• Provide assistance to guests and team members• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards• Manage crowd safety and report incidents when required• Handle lost property according to procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Valid PLRD Security Officer licence with required training modules• Good communication and customer service skills• Able to stand or walk for extended periods• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights• Able to follow safety and operational procedures
