1. ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบ ารุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า/ประปา/ปรับอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาตามแผนงานประจ าสัปดาห์2. จัดท ารายงาน และบันทึกการตรวจสอบ หรือบ ารุงรักษาระบบ และอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย3. จัดหา และประสานงานกับผู ้รับเหมาในการซ่อมแซมบ ารุงรักษาระบบ และอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาให้เสร็จเรียบร้อยตามก าหนด4. จัดท าแผนงานการบ ารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในสาขาประจ าปี5. ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นเกี่ยวกับแผนงานซ่อมบ ารุง และก าหนดการแล้วเสร็จของงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง6. เดินทางเข้าดูงานในแต่ละสาขาตามแผนงานประจ าสัปดาห์ที่ก าหนด7. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู ้บังคับบัญชา
