As per the Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı, the net minimum wage for security guards in Turkey is 26,005 TL per month as of 1 January 2026. This applies to all 45-hour weekly contracts with an additional 1.5x rate for overtime beyond 45 hours. Employers must also pay 2,340 TL monthly social security contribution on top.
Which license is mandatory to work as a security guard in Turkey and how is it obtained in 2026?
