We focus not only on production, but also on animal welfare, social development, and sustainable consumption within our communities.What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?Lead end-to-end project execution and start-up across all Banvit locations and facilities (slaughterhouse, FPP, feed mill, utilities, hatchery)Define project scope; develop layouts, technical documentation, and equipment specificationsManage suppliers, third parties, and contracts, including offer collection and evaluationMonitor on-site execution, budgets, and timelines; identify risks and drive improvementsCoordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to align expectations and scopeDevelop project plans, documentation, budgets (VCD), and timelines (PDCA) with Senior Project EngineersSupport and improve practices related to yield, quality, productivity, and HSEContribute to technical training and define parameters for new equipment and maintenance plansWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related engineering areaMinimum 3 years of experience as an engineer, ideally at an industrial plantFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Solidworks, and SAP transactionsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications at a high levelKnowledge of mechanical and civil calculations, including pump selection, pipe sizing, pressure drop, and sizing of steel structures and concrete, with awareness of material quantities (concrete, rebar, steel)Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)Advanced English proficiencyFlexibility to work alternate hours if neededLiving in İzmir or willing to relocateWhat competencies are key to this role?
