Job Description
We are seeking experienced Journeyman-level MIG Welders with a background in structural steel fabrication. This position is based in a shop environment and will support beam and steel fabrication projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components (beams, columns, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Complete fit-up and welding tasks with accuracy
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
