Job Description
Post-Construction Cleaning Crew – Pay Per Project (Los Angeles Area)

We are hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners for post-construction cleaning projects in the Los Angeles area. this is not for a one time project. we are searching for people who would like to get jobs weekly.

This is NOT basic house cleaning. Post-construction cleaning requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and pride in your work. If you are lazy or cut corners, this is not the right fit. If you take your time and care about quality — we want you.

Requirements:
• Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must have your own vacuum
• Must bring a ladder
• Reliable transportation (car required)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to handle deep cleaning work

Preferred (Plus):
• Experience with post-construction cleaning
• Knowledge of interior/exterior window cleaning

Pay:
• Paid per project (rate discussed based on scope of work and experience)
• Projects throughout the Los Angeles area
