What we’re looking for:ExperienceMinimum of 3 years experience as a server in full service restaurants(Preferably high-volume kitchens, but not required.)Knowledge of Toast POS system preferable, but not requiredWinning AttitudeIt takes a team to keep our kitchens moving, and we expect everyone to be a team player.TechniqueSome servers that work on the floor at Picos have been around for 30+ years and have garnered clientele for themselves.
