Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleaning duties such as maintaining resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure effective cleaning and sanitation of all spaces.
• Document cleaning activities and notify supervisors of any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to guarantee a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills for collaboration with residents, staff, and management.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand, walk, or bend for extended durations.
• Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks diligently.
• Able to work around cleaning products safely.
• Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions.
• Residency in the service area is required.
