READ IN FULL NOT A MAINTENANCE JOB IT IS A COMMERCIAL CLEANING JOB

ABMC Janitorial Inc is seeking 1 VERY EXPERIENCED OFFICE CLEANERS with more than 3 years cleaning experience to work part time from 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday in the vicinity of 5th and Market Street. IF YOU DRIVE THERE IS NO PARKING.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RESUME HAS ALL YOUR OFFICE CLEANING EXPERIENCE. If you work for another cleaning company we cannot hire you it is a conflict of interest.

If you drive there is NO FREE Parking at this location or in the area of building.
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, lift trash, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop clean multi stall restrooms, get under sink to refill soap products, use a professional mop bucket and wringer and follow instructions from management and customer.
• Must be able to be on your feet the whole 4 hour shift and walk the full building.
• Must have no ailments to prevent you from doing your job.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

This is a 24/7 building and the customer will be working while we clean so you much be a professional, quiet, low talking, polite and courteous to employees, management and customer. This is a lead cleaning position.
