Responsibilities:
β€’ Set up and breakdown stations according to USH Kitchen guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift, while moving through various assignments throughout the shift.
β€’ Prepare and cook product using all methods of cooking including but not limited to; roasting, baking, sautΓ©ing, steaming, using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
β€’ Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of pots, pans and other kitchen items and taking out trash while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
β€’ Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety food preparation and handling practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park are upheld.
β€’ Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

Qualifications:
β€’ Must be 18 years old or older
β€’ Previous Culinary Experience Preferred
β€’ Culinary Degree Preferred

Job Demands:
β€’ Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
β€’ Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
β€’ The noise level is generally moderate to high
β€’ Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors

Schedule:
β€’ Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:
β€’ $24 per hour
