Controller Key Responsibilities
β€’ Lead and manage a Controller team of 6–8 (mentorship + development)
β€’ Oversee full-cycle, multi-entity, multi-state accounting
β€’ Own Controller-level month-end close + financial reporting
β€’ Drive inventory and cost accounting across locations
β€’ Provide cash flow forecasting and insights to leadership
β€’ Implement and refine Controller SOPs + internal controls
β€’ Partner with operations + executive leadership
β€’ Support audit processes and compliance
β€’ Oversee ERP systems and financial workflows

Controller Qualifications
β€’ Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
β€’ REQUIRED: Restaurant / hospitality Controller experience
β€’ Proven experience managing Controller or accounting teams (6+)
β€’ Strong hands-on Controller-level accounting background
β€’ Experience in multi-state / multi-entity environments
β€’ ERP experience (R365, Odoo, or similar) preferred
β€’ CPA or pursuing is a plus
