Responsibilities
• Monitor store premises using CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent theft or vandalism.
• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the store to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential security risks.
• Authorize access for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors while verifying identification and credentials.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, conflicts, or security breaches, utilizing first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incident reports, and access records to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during serious incidents or investigations as needed.

Requirements
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations; armed officers must possess appropriate firearm permits.
