Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Operate floor care equipment including buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-maintained flooring
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed for large-scale or high-traffic environments
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
• Use proper techniques for residential painting or minor touch-ups when required to enhance the appearance of the facility
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all cleaning activities

Experience
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with floor care procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures ensures effective and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
