Fabrication Welder – Structural & MIG Welding
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $23+/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Fabrication Welder for a fabrication shop in the Houston area. This role focuses on structural and MIG welding for metal fabrication projects. Candidates should be comfortable working from drawings, handling fabrication tools, and producing quality welds in a shop environment.

What You’ll Do
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel and fabricated components

• Operate fabrication tools and basic shop equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Previous structural and MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements
• Experience using hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Ability to lift materials and work in a fabrication shop environment
